Great stay and will return! The house was perfect for accommodating a large group, and provided baby items (pack and play + stroller + high chair). The location was convenient and near the resort, stores, and theme parks. Laercio was a great host. He was very responsive and provided clear instructions. I appreciated the communication and reminders prior to the reservation date.

Laercio was a great host!! He was quick to respond. The house was just like the pictures on the site. It was clean and my family and I loved the pool area. His house instructions were straight forward/ understandable. The house is near the supermarket/ restaurants. I would recommend to my family and friends. And would stay again when I’m back in central Florida.

Laercio was very responsive prior to and after booking when I had questions. This home is absolutely beautiful and looks just like the photos. Felt like home. There were 16 of us (11 adults plus 5 kids) and we still had plenty of room space to move about the house. We enjoyed watching tv in the back while swimming in the pool. Laercio responded very quickly when I had questions how to lock the sliding door and took the time to send photos/instructions of exactly how to lock. The property was very clean and there were plenty of utensils for cooking each day of our stay (kitchen and grill). The heated pool was definitely a plus! Thank you Laercio for opening up your beautiful home to us, we look forward to returning again!!

Casa limpa, organizada e com todos os itens de limpeza básicos disponíveis e repleta de eletrodomésticos!!! Amei!!! Laercio, super solicito e atendeu a uma dúvida sobre entregas na casa muito rapidamente!!! Localização privilegiada, com um Walmart a 5 minutos de carro. Condômino limpo, organizado e muito acolhedor!!! Amei em todos os quesitos!!!

Laercio's house was just like home. Comfortable, clean, welcoming and an amazing atmosphere. We absolutely loved this place and was able to enjoy our vacation. I think this will be my regular vacation home moving forward. My family will definitely be back. I already shared this home with my other friends and family members. Laercio was an awesome host. This was our first time using the Airbnb system and will use again. We enjoyed having the pool attached to it. My grand daughter loved her pink room and the 8 year old slept by himself in the sports room. My daughter was in the master bedroom which she loved being able to use walk in shower with the kids. Will use his listings in the best.
